Aims
To make golf more accessible for juniors, with coaching centres for all, regardless of ability.
To encourage Border Juniors interest in golf through the introduction of coaching plans from a variety of coaches and teachers.
To have a Development Plan for continuity and future development.
Objectives
To communicate with Clubs and Coaches so that delivery of junior Development is at the forefront of Border Clubs’ agenda.
To raise awareness of what is available: from individual and group coaching; Talent I.D. Days to further player Development Days.
Outcomes
To drive forward junior golf in the Borders.
To support raising the reputation of all Border Clubs’ junior sections.
To have increased participation in, and enjoyment of, the game of golf.
